What is This New 'Fuller' Filled Gel Implant That's on Trial in Canada for the Last 6m?

There's a new cohesive gel implant that I'm receiving in june 2011. Its only been on a trial basis go canada for 6months. The only difference is that it's filled more. What is it and wcalled and what is it's purpose?

Fuller Fill silicone implant

Yes, Allergan (Inamed) is one of the breast implant manufacturers. They have a new silicone implant that has a fuller fill to reduce rippling. If a patient requires this implant, we are able to obtain it through Health Canada approval. It is a potentially great product for the right patient, however the implant cost is higher thus the surgical fee is $1000 on top of the regular breast augmentation fee.
