Had pixel for acne scaring & a few enlarged pores 2 months ago, now I look like a lizard. My skin now has ice pick scars that i never had, new enlarged pores, & tiny bumps all over. It looks so rough now. It was never this bad before. Is there anything I can do to correct this? What in the world could have caused this result?
