Are Nerve Damage and Hair Removal Side Effects of Laser Lipolysis?

I am considering Acculift and am a 35 year old male. I have some Fat grafts that were done and have grown, and this seems like the perfect way to correct them. Most are either in upper cheek or near nasolabial folds.
Has nerve damage been reported from these lasers, as that's my biggest fear? Also, would the heat cause hair removal if its in the beard area, I would worry about the hair follicles being damaged.
