Mole removal and complications
Any rare reaction should be managed with an examination to determine the causes and treatment. Most mole removals are uneventful.

Nerve damage after mole removal
A mole removal is usually a very shallow procedure. While a nerve could be affected afterwards, this would be very, very, very rare. If you are having pain there, I would suggest you follow up with your provider. The two could be totally unrelated.
