Neither TCA Peel or IPL will work for wrinkles

Which one of these 2 procedures would you recommend for facial wrinkles for males? Especially under the eyes? I have a fair/light skin, age 37.

I don't think a 35% TCA peel would likely give a noticeable improvement for eye wrinkles. IPL mostly just helps pigment spots and redness, it doesn't do much for wrinkles.

For wrinkles around the eyes, you may want to consider Botox. It is very simple, safe and effective. If you want a more dramatic result, you could also opt for a fractionated CO2 treatment; since you are fair you are likely a good candidate for that.
