Is Needling Suitable for my Chest Stretch Marks? Thank You in Advance Alexandragreece

I have got stretch marks around my nipple area, I have heard that treatments with needling devices can improve elasticity and stretch marks appearence, however are these suitable for the breast area? Also can needling improve cellulitis? Thank you in advance. Alexandra 32 Greece
