Neck and Jawline Solutions For A Man? Worse With Weight Gain? (photo)

I'm a young man - just turned 30 - who has never had a great jawline, but the situation is made worse by some weight gain some years ago, and weight loss after. My weight has fluctuated in the same 10 pound range for the last few years, but the neck and jaw are pretty much staying where they are at. Being relatively young, if there are any options available at all, I'd prefer something that "ages" well, and am disinclined toward implants, though I perhaps could be persuaded.
