If a smaller lipoma is on a forearm is it neccessary to be removed? Could the lipoma grow or could it remain the same size? Is removal the only option?

Lipoma surgery
If the lipoma gives you no symptoms, it can certainly be left alone. Rate of growth is very very slow. When ,& if , it grows to a size that bothers you, it can certainly be removed easily. The surgery is an office procedure, under local anesthesia with Zero down time.
