Naturally Puffy Upper Lids. What Can I Do? (photo)
I was born with naruarlly puffy upper lids, what can I do to improve that area with out looking like I had something done.

Blepharoplasty
A subtle blepharoplasty is probably a good option for you. You have full eyelids as part of your normal anatomy, and I would recommend a skin only blepharoplasty to give you a natural result.
I have attached a link to a young patient of mine with similar anatomy.
If you decide to explore this further, I would recommend consultation with an ASOPRS trained Oculoplastics surgeon. You can find one close to you on the ASOPRS dot org website.

Cosmetic Eye Lift Surgery for Puffy Upper Eyelids
If the excess skin or fat, causing the puffiness on the upper eyelid, is bothersome, then a cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty is the best choice for you. I've attached a video with before and after photos of upper eyelid surgery performed on a patient at my New York offices who had a similar problem. Excess skin on the upper lid made it difficult for her to apply makeup the way she desired and also after caused others to believe she was tired when she was not.
