Lasers have been very effective at removing tattoos. This usually will require several treatments, but it is effective generally, in the darker colors. There are several laser types for different colors. Be sure to discuss with the laser doctor risks about losing eyebrow hair as a result of the treatment.

I have seen nightmare complications from patients trying to have their eyebrow tattoo removed so don't try them. Lasers can work well, but be prepared for a long wait as it takes 10-15 treatments and your eyebrow hair will temporarily be removed after each treatment.
