I recently had nasal tip surgery, and am on my 10th day of recovery. I had a lot of cartilage in my nasal tip pushing downwards. I know its very early to judge, but I am so dissapointed with the results. Where my surgeon has removed the cartilage slightly it exposes my nostrils a lot and I hate it. I want to know weather this is to with swelling? And once that goes down so will my nostrils. I want to know if it possible to reverse this proceedure slightly,

Rhinoplasty

There is still significant swelling. Rhinoplasty needs time to heal . Wait 3-6 months before making any judgement

10 days post-op

Ten days post surgery is still very early for you to judge the results of your surgery - be patient and follow up with your surgeon. Excessive nostril show is common in the early post-op period.
