Using Nasal Spray After Rhinoplasty?

Is it safe to use Iliadin 0,05% nasal spray after rhinoplasty?

Iliadin nasal spray after rhinoplasty

Iliadin has been used as a nasal decongestant but may cause dryness. After a rhinoplasty the lining of the nose is very fragile and dryness may actually interfere with healing. It is safer to just use a saline mist/drops. The nasal congestion will subside on its own.
