I'm hoping to get orthognathic surgery in the next couple of years to correct a bite issue, which I believe I would need my maxilla moved slightly forward and downward for. My nose is off-center and I have some septal deviation to that side as well, which has partially occluded that nostril. I'm wondering if this will be even more apparent in photos than it already is (it's quite noticeable, unfortunately) after orthognathic surgery, so would like to consider having both done at the same time.

whistling noise maybe the result of a septal perforation (a hole in the
