No you cannot
Only surgery will do that. Usually when the tip is made smaller the nasal bones need to be made narrower as well to keep the components in proportion.

Rhinoplasty is required
No, it is not possible to narrow the nasal tip without removal and sculpting of the nasal tip cartilages. In order to accomplish this rhinoplasty surgery must be performed.

No, the only way to narrow the nasal tip is with surgery...Rhinoplasty. There is no "non-surgical rhinoplasty" that can narrow the tip. Good luck and be well.

Short Answer: NO
You probably require at least a tip-plasty in order to create a narrower tip. In general, any rhinoplasty should aim for balance within the nose. Therefore, just narrowing the tip may not be sufficient but additional adjustments may be required in order to achieve a nicer nose.
