I have 10.7 hemoglobin. Can surgery be done with those levels?

I had the sleeve gastrectomy surgery 2 years ago and now I want to get a breast lift with implants. However, My hemoglobin count is low 10.7 my surgery is in 16 days. Can surgery be done with those levels or should I postpone my surgery? Im already taking 3 iron pills a day with vitamin c.
