Movement of teeth not normal

I would suggest you see a dentist who can do a complete dental evaluation, take xrays and give you a diagnosis s to why you are having the problems that you describe. The issue you have are not normal and you should see someone to evaluate it.

Movement of your teeth needs to be diagnosed

I suggest you have a full dental work-up and evaluation, including a full set of X-rays and a periodontal as well as occlusal evaluation. Teeth should NOT be moving noticeably, and spaces should NOT be developing. There might be a periodontal (gum disease) problem resulting in bone loss, which would then allow teeth to shift. There could also be a problem with your "bite". If the upper & lower teeth do not meet properly, it could result in unhealthy movement as well. more
