Will my Skin Get Better If I Take Another Treatment of Accutane?

Hello - I finished a 5 month course of accutane 60mg pr. day. My weight is around 60kg. 3 months post accutane my skin is still very thin and dry, and I still get acne. Is it possible that it will get better? Or should I aim for another course of accutane? I'm so confused and sad, since most people clear up completly after a course of accutane.
