My Skin Seems to Be Stuck After Smart Lipo?

I had smart lipo done to my torso two months ago and it seems that on my right side from around my armpit to my waist my skin is stuck to a muscle. I am not able to really stretch that side as i can my left. My right side is looking nice and smooth except for the expected pinches, light burning, and itching. My left is so tight, my skin just has a stuck feeling and burns the most. Will this go away on its own? What should i do?

If too much fat was removed ... can fat from my body be transfered to the right side of my torso?
