My Skin Won't Respond to Benoquin or Monobenzone Any More, Why? (photo)

hi i've vitiligo & the Dr sugest to use benoquin for my skin. my hands & legs response to the treatment & i get nice white skin colore on them but when i use the treatment to my ( face , belly,back & breast) the tratment just light these area but does not white them as my hands and legs i do not know what's wrong although i use this treament since 5 years and use sunblock every day . note i live in saudi and they prepare benoquin locally . plz help me to find the reasons for my wonder. thanks
