I removed the bone on my nose last year. 2 days ago I did an alar base reduction, my surgeon did cut sides from my nostrils and he did sew them again on same place, he didn't make them closer to each other and now my nose looks wider than before, my surgeon didn't make them closer bcz he said I wont breath good if he do so :(( I know I still have swelling but I can see my wide nostrils I don't think they will shrink. Im crying since Ive seen my nose and Im very depressed pls help
