I really dislike how long my philtrum is . . . it makes my profile look ugly . Can i get something to get it shortened ?

Philtrum narrowing is not wahat you need.

Philtrum narrowing is not wahat you need. What you need is your retracted columella brought forward and it will make your philtrum look shorter.
