I'm 18 years old at 5'8 and 200 pounds. I have a healthy diet and am a vegetarian, i do yoga every now and then and i walk almost everywhere. have struggled with my weight ever since I can remember, I have reached my breaking point. I am tired of the feeling I get when i see my body in the mirror. I have spent enough money on dieting and exercise with minimal results.I'm ready and willing to get this never ending struggle done with for once and for all so i can finally live my life. Please help!
