Will my Nose Look Longer Once the Swelling Goes Down and the Nose Becomes More Narrow?

I had revision rhinoplasty and I feel like it left my nose too short but I can tell it is very abnormally wide for my nose right now. Once the swelling goes down will the nose look longer or not as short as it does now? or is my nose going to become even shorter as swelling subsides?
