Will my nose change after 5 months post-op?

i'm 5 months post-op .. i had an open rhinoplasty and my surgeon have added a cartilage in my columella .. my tip is still hard and my nose is still a little wide .. will my nose change with days and will the tip drop ?

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.
