My Face is Masculine and Ugly. Any Suggestions for Improvement?
My nose is too big and wide. I think open AND closed rhino will suit me. My philtrum is too visible. The nasolabial folds around my mouth are deep and visible. My chin is too big all the way around and due to hair loss my hairline looks like it's receding. I hate my looks and have been told SEVERAL times I look like a man.

Facial issues too masculine?
Sorry that you feel this way. However, without at least photos it is difficult to comment. Of course and in person exam is best.
