My Left Septum is Paining Too Much After Septoplatsy and Turbenocitosis Operation Please Help?

i had my septoplasty operation around 2 years back.I used to have a lot of pain on my left side of my nose.But that pain doesnt seem too have gone after operation. My nose septum is tilted more towards the left from the center of nose not from the top and it is growing day by day thereby creating irregular shape of my nose. My nose doesnt look symmetrical. also my nose bone on the top has become large which makes my nose to look weird, it is large at top thin till center and large at bottom help
