Ocular syndromes

There are a few ocular syndromes than can change eyelid position with eye movement to different gaze positions. Two of these examples are Duane's Syndrome and Aberrant Nerve Regeneration with Synkinesis. I recommend consultation with an Oculoplastics or Strabismus surgeon. Best of luck
