my left eye gets small when i cut my eyes to the right. how can i correct this issue?

Ocular syndromes
There are a few ocular syndromes than can change eyelid position with eye movement to different gaze positions. Two of these examples are Duane's Syndrome and Aberrant Nerve Regeneration with Synkinesis.
I recommend consultation with an Oculoplastics or Strabismus surgeon.
