I had blepharoplasty and a brow lift. I have been very unhappy with the left eye, which looks droopy and shows too much lid. My eyes were fairly even before surgery. I have been getting dry eye since surgery, will this worsen if I try to get the left eye operated on to show less lid and be less droopy looking? I would really like even eyes like I had before. I had the surgery in June 2011, so a lot of time has passed since then.

Correcting ptosis after blepharoplasty
It appears you have developed ptosis (droopiness) in your left upper lid since surgery. A thorough exam with evaluation of your levator function (muscle that lifts your upper lid) would be necessary to determine the best treatment option.
