it also makes my cheeks look 'saggy' what would be the best way to fix this? I scheduled a consultation for a chin implant but I'm not sure if that's the best option.

Chin implant can help a receding chin

A chin implant can give more projection to the chin and give the illusion of the nose looking less prominent. The implant is inserted through a submental incision, and placed directly over the bone. This is an excellent way to improve the profile and jaw line and can be done under local anesthesia.
