I just attended a conference from Allergen about Latisse and had a few offices report that patients had the same thing,   this can be a natural cycle of the hair follicle and that it will grow back. I would encourage continuing your Latisse.

Latisse does not cause eyelashes to fall out

We have sold thousands of bottles of Latisse, either through our office or our web store TheWebDermatologist.com and have never had anyone complain of eyelashes falling out after several months. I am also not aware of its being reported during Allergan's clinical trials as well.

Latisse and eyelashes falling out?

Honestly, I don't know. I have sold thousands of Latisse prescriptions and my staff has been using it since it came out years ago. I have not had one person tell me this has happened to them. So unless your friends aren't following the protocols, or are having some other eye problems, I cannot see the link between the two because I've not had patients or staff experience this. Additionally, results are seen after 16 weeks, so something tells me your friends might be slightly confused with protocol or aren't using Latisse correctly......
