In the past 6 months or so my face has become asymmetrical. I have compared old photos and my eyes used to be even. My nostrils used to be even. Now you can see a clear difference. I had a CT scan which noted 'no significant abnormalities' which was comforting but I am so self conscious and worried there is some sort of progressive thing here. Help!

A filler can help with the tear trough, but I wouldn't worry about the "sunken eyes" this is a normal variant abd looks good on you. There is no easy way to surgically alter it, and I would caution against attempting to do so
