Ask a QuestionHow Do I Get my Dream Triangular Nose Shape?
Pls, I'm intrested in having a rhinoplasty done. I have a broad nasal bridge, my alar and nasal tip are on a horizontal plane, broad alar, and drooped nasal tip. pls is there a solution to this prob. I want to know the procedure to tell my doctor.

Dear Ken,
Your surgeon should be able to tell you how he will do it
Look at his before and after photos to get an idea of what your nose can look like

Evaluation of Nose for Rhinoplasty
It is impossible to evaluate your nose or make recommendations without pictures. After receiving those photographs the surgeons participating in this forum will make suggestions.
