What Can my Customer Do For Scarring After Lactic Peel/Microderm?

I gave a 20% Lactic peel after a microderm. to lighten up two dark spots. Well she scabbed pretty good. on one spot and now it appears to have scarred. She has been using Strivec but it's not really working. What else can she use? I'm at a lose.
