Deviated columella

It is very difficult to answer your question without seeing your pictures – you should consider posting images showing your areas of concern

Columella deflection

Without seeing photosraphs it is dificult to say anything. A deflected columella may be related to the inferior septum. An exam would be necessary.

Nasal Deviation

Without seeing your photograph it is difficult to give you sound surgical advice. But is sounds as if you have a deviated septum that needs to be addressed at the time of your rhinoplasty.
