My cat placed her claw on my breast and there is some slight scratch marks, my implants are over the muscle and i'm concerned this may cause the implant to leak. is this possible?

Answer: A housecat cannot claw a breast implant into destruction.
Difficult
to assess you without examination. It looks as if you will want a mastopexy.
Often this is combined with implants. Depending on your degree of ptosis or
sagging, you may even be a candidate for implants alone placed over the muscle.

First of all, kudos to your plastic surgeon for staging the augmentation from the lift. Performing these combination procedures with very large implants (of which 590cc is a large implant) can cause significant compromise to the nipple and skin. I recommend waiting 3-6 months before performing...
