My Butt is Square Shaped, Can Lipo Fix This?

If you have some fat elsewhere on your body, fat transfer to reshape your buttocks region is likely the best solution.  You may need some liposuction to help shape the buttocks as well depending on your particular anatomy.  A consult will help define your problem and a customized solution.

It would be best to be seen by a BCPS in person, but from a hypothetical standpoint the upper buttocks/flanks can often be tapered with liposuction to give the patient a more shapely figure.  I hope this helps. 

A good way to improve the shape of a square butt is to reshape it thorugh a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. This is commonly referred to as a brazilian butt lift and the results can be amazing.  Take a look at the link below to see some good examples of what this procedure can achieve.  You will need to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in BBLs to know for sure if this is what you need. This is a very specialized procedure so make sure to select a doctor who does at least 6 BBLs per week. This may not be easy to find, so it may be worth traveling to someone in order to get the results you are looking for.
