Explantation of implants

If you had breast augmentation very recenlty and the implants were not that large, more than likely the breasts would probably look the same as before( or pretty close) . If they are large implants or have been in for a long time, it is difficult to predict.

There are many things that happen when you have a breast implant. we heal by scarring, the implants developes a capsule around it, breast tissue change, the breast ages during the time you had the implant. Also one needs to consider where the implant ws positioned, above or below the muscle, the position of the original incision when the implant was inserted. The answer depends on many factors, but if the implants weren't too large and they were under the muscle, the breasts usually have a natural look after 4-6 weeks. If they were large implants over the muscle and your skin tone is poor you may have a less than desireable look.

Breast Position after Breast Implant Position

Placing a breast implant permanently changes the breast: the skin is stretched and there may be slow but progressive loss of breast gland tissue. When the breast implants are removed they usually leave behind a variable degree of breast sagging and deflation which in its extreme case is referred to as a "rock n a sock" look.

What your breasts will look like after explantation depends on several factors such as: the quality of skin elasticity (the better the elasticity the better the skin will bounce back), the size of the implants used (the larger the implant the more trouble you may have with redundant skin), and the amount of breast tissue present at this time (which may have changed since the time of your breast augmentation).
