I have had my breast implants replaced many times - have had problems with assymmetry, rippling, and size. I ultimately wanted to be small - which I am now. My problem is when I move my arms picking up something from the floor, open drawers, use my arms in teaching exercise to clients, the implants are moving up and down (they are under the muscle). It is quite noticeable;I can't wear small tops or light colors. What can I do? More surgery? It is very bad on the right side; more pulled to side esp when lying down.

Under the Muscle Breast Implants Move Too Much

Botox may be a temporary solution. Biofeedback may be an alternative. Complete release of the pectoralis msucle may be a thrid surgical option but may result in other conditions. Implant removal and replacement with fat may be a fourth option.

Flexion issue with implants

The only solution ot avoid the flexing issue with the implants under the muscle is to place them above the muscle. However, if you are thin and had trouble with rippling this may recur or become worse.
