Safety of multiple cosmetic procedures at the same time
This is a hard question to answer as more details are required in order to answer the question properly. How much does your doctor plan on removing at liposuction? What type of procedure is going to be used for the neck lift? Is the revision rhinoplasty just a small touch up to the tip? Most surgeons would agree that a full facelift, full rhinoplasty and extensive liposuction of the torso removing liters of fat should not be done together at the same time. Are multiple cosmetic surgeries same in one stage?
Personally, I wouldn't offer you that combination of surgeries. They are on too many body parts and require too much time and position changing to be safe IMO. Also, rhinoplasty surgery can shower bacteria into the blood stream which can cause an infection in liposuction that is very hard to treat. Split them up would be my advice.
