Hi. I'm thinking about getting a rhinoplasty procedure and was curious if the MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) I take as a supplement for my skin is contraindicated for this type of surgery? Since it's my understanding that MSM plays a role in connective tissue formation (like cartilage formation) and since a nose job deals with cartilagenous structures, would taking it before and after a nose job be an issue? Specifically with respect to the healing process? Thanks in advance for your answers.
