I am 8 weeks post op, and have 420cc mentor moderate plus textured gel implants. Implants are getting softer but I am worried the lower pole will not fill out anymore, this leaving my nipples slightly uneven and pointing down slightly. My scars are still very visible, and do not appear to be in the crease, from the photos provided I believe it shows the muscles are still holding the contents in the upper pole as it is not yet smooth, you can see where the implant starts. Will this change?

Answer: Not uncommon appearance at 8 weeks post breast augmentation.
After a breast augmentation, 7-14 days is usual for return to work if you can get someone to assist with heavy lifting. Longer if you must resume all lifting activities at work.
I ask my patients to stop all vitamins, supplements, extracts, potions etc 3 weeks before and after surgery because alot of those things increase your risk of bleeding so I would say yes and if you needed I would give you a sleeping pill to help
