3 months post op Accutane, I have an allergic-contact dermatitis. What to do? Reaction to the product used or Accutane? (photo)

Ive been on Accutane for 3 month & I thought I was seeing clogged pore so I used my exfoliator brush, 3 days later woke up to tons on my face so I putted salicylic acid. After some research it most look like contact-allergic dermatitis. Before this I did saw those red patches on my face with those tiny clogged pore (mini blister) but thought it was part of Accutane treatment & lasted 3 days but now its all over my face and neck. Should I be worry, stop the treatment or do some kind of treatment?

That rash isn't under the skin. It is atopic dermatitis which basically means severely dry skin. You need a good thick lotion, and you need to apply it often after cool water.
