I agree with all the points made below.
I sincerely hope I do not hurt your feelings, but the REVISION you will require will not be a small one which really begs the question of how did the nose look before the surgery. On the picture you provided above, you are slightly rotated to the right so it is not a true frontal view, nonetheless, there appears to be a depression on the dorsum of the nose, the nasal tip is large, amorphous - without definition and both rotated to the right and plunging.
A nose goes on healing for a year or so after a rhinoplasty. To get the best visibility, to get tissues which are soft and pliable and which are not inflamed and misrepresent skin thickness in important areas - it is very important to wait. BUT - I also think a Rhinoplasty revision surgeon needs to be consulted because your problem is not a small one. I would suggest you get your operative note (the actual text of what your surgeon did in surgery) so that the next surgeon would get a basic understanding what was done.
