Ive been using Fess to try & clear it up, it is only temporary relief. I never had any problems breathing before my rhinoplasty, am i just being impatient or should my breathing have improved by now? My plastic surgeon was also an ENT specialist.

Nasal Congestion 3 Months after Rhinoplasty

Persistent nasal congestion 3 months after rhinoplasty is not normal. Have your ENT/Plastic surgeon examine you to make sure there are no anatomic abnormalities causing the obstruction. Prolonged, frequent use of decongestants may have the opposite effect and actually cause the swelling your trying to eliminate.
