2 Months Post Chin Reduction: Chin is Still Huge

Had a chin reduction 2 months ago and some fat added to even out the area also. It is still huge and tender to the touch. It looks worse than it did before. How long does the swelling last, I look like a female Jay Leno! My surgeon says it looks smaller but I know it doesn't, I can especially see it in photographs. I am scared I am going to look like this forever!
