I had a tummytuck, armlift, breastlift, and lipo done in August 2011 to celebrate my 40. Unfortunately, I gave into wishful thinking and hoped the procedures would solve my lifetime of yo-yo dieting! I have gained close to 20 lbs. and worry that I've reversed all of the benefits of the procedures. Have I? I am willing to do the work to lose the pounds but I now realize I also need help with the mental side of weight gain and loss to stop the yo-yo. Any suggestions? Any advice? Thanks!

They say that the first step in the right direction is acknowledging that there is a problem; it seems that you are aware of the problem and just need some help with motivation. How about a personal trainer who you can commit to 3 to 4 times a week? Check with your local gym and “make it happen”!
