At 2 months there could be still some residual swelling

The entire healing process after rhinoplasty procedure takes up to 12 months. You need plenty of patience to get your final results. At this point the nose can still swollen and can be hard at the tip. You will notice changes in shape over the time. The nose will get smaller and will soften up. However, at 2 months point you should genrally have an idea how your nose will look like. Please fallow up with your surgeon if you have any concerns. see video

Swollen nose after rhinoplasty

At two months it is fairly common to have a swollen nose after rhinoplasty. Usually this comes down with time and then the tip often drops a bit.l Give it time.

Hard, Upturned Tip 2 Months Post Open Rhinoplasty

The nasal tip is never healed 2 months after an open rhinoplasty. I understand your concern, but your nose will continue to improve over the next 9-12 months.

2 Months After Open Rhinoplasty the Tip of the Nose is Still Hard, Upturned ,and a Bit "Pinocchio-like". Will It Stay Like This?

Very hard to advise over the internet and NO photos posted. Best to seek second opinions in person from boarded PSs in Italy.

Swollen tip

This is very normal especially after open rhinoplasty. The tip may be very firm for up to a year.

Only two months - Relax

It is very normal to be swollen at 2 months post op. I often tell patients that it can take up to a year tpo see the final result. Try to be patient altho I know it is difficult. The steroid injection may help but also givr it at least a month to work. Good luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton

Hard, upturned nose after rhinoplasty

Two months is still pretty early after surgery to give a good assessment. How much will change is hard to say without examining your nose and not know what was done during surgery. Stiffness after rhinoplasty is normal and will gradually soften with time. The upturned nature of the tip can also settle down with healing depending on what was done during the surgery itself.

Tip of nose 2 months after rhinoplasty

2 months is not enough time to assess the situation, especially the tip where there is more soft tissue and it may take up to a year or more for all the swelling to subside. Most likely some of the upturn will also recede some over time. Cortisone injections can help the bulbousness.
