Mons Pubis Becoming Heavier and More Pronounced?

Recently my Mons Pubis area is becoming more saggy & fleshy. I'm nearly 50, pre-menopausal (no symptoms yet), 172cm tall & weigh 75kgs. Apart from my three pregnancies, I have never been larger than the weight I am now. Is this a hormonal change happening as my body gears towards menopause, and what can I do about it!? I'm starting to look very bulky "down there" when I sit down wearing jeans! My tummy is slackened with child birth but not droopy, and a tummy tuck is probably not called for.

Sometimes the mons pubis can be liposuctioned or lifted depending upon the anatomy.  Good luck.

Mons liposuction can produce quite a dramatic difference in correctly selected patients.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
