Creating an epicanthal fold

Can be done but leaves a scar. Usually not worth the trade off. I have reversed over-agressively done epicanthal folds.

Epicanthal folds

I do not advise this procedure for you. The medial canthus should always be treated with great respect as this are can very easily looked pulled or webbed and can scar. You appear to be symmetric on the photos.

Great question.

The answer is basically no. The scary thing is that someone might try for you. I assure you, that will be a decision you will regret. You are beautiful. Now forget about the epicanthal folds.

I am also Asian and do not have an epicanthic fold (clearly you are not Blasian so you're a pure Asian like me ^^) and I wish I can have folds. I have double eyelids and have found a way to make them smaller and possibly create a mono lid which can contribute to making a fold depending what kind of shape you are wanting for your eyes (there are a few types of Asian eye shapes, such as tapered and paralleled) and I think the tapered will be what you're looking for since the inner corner will be folded and the outer corner will be a little wider. The skin between the eyelid crease and the brow contains fatty tissue and is easy to pinch (which is what you need :D) so start from pinching the skin underneath the brow and gently pulling / tugging the skin down to the point it slides out your fingers. This stretches the skin and you will see results on the same day depending how long you do this and my eyes have become more narrower and the lid has become smaller (my eyes looked like Alexa Chung's and now they're a little thinner than Kristen Kreuk's !). For the inner corner of the eye you need to be extra careful as the skin won't be easy to grip to begin with, but it will become more 'puffy' as you do it an hopefully create a fold for you ! Goodluck, and STEER CLEAR of tape and glue, I tried tape to stretch the skin and it left a small rash and I heard glue can leave scars and wonds similar to burns D:
