Can I Get my Money Back if I Am Not Happy with the Results of Invisalign?

If you wear your retainer as align suggests the teeth won't slip back.  Period>  With that in mind getting money back is not an option.  I would go back to your dentist and ask him for help and respectfully request that he or she not charge you for the revision.  The dentist is not to blame for this and neither is Align.

If you are wearing your invisalign retainer for at least 8 hours every night, your teeth should not be moving period! A critical part of orthodontic treatment is mantaining the result after it is finished.  If you have been wearing your retainers faithfully they should not be moving back, and your dentist should be closely involved in monitoring this.  I suggest that you should go see your dentist and have him/her evaluate the situation and suggest remedies.  There is always a way to correct any relapse, and your dentist  will be able to suggest a way to get things back where they need to be.  Usually some retention care is included in most orthodontic fees, so  whether your dentist will charge for any relapse correction may depend on the particular circumstances of your case.
